This is the debut release from The Moon Is: a duo featuring Sam Bailey (piano) and Josh Magill (drums). The title refers to the musical starting points for this music: the mystical harmony of Olivier Messiaen and the heartfelt soul of Alabama Shakes. The film makers at Block Art media added a dream-like psychedelic dimension to the music with a beautiful video featuring the puppetry of Kristin Fredricksson.
